To find out the size of the ring, you can simply measure the Diameter of the ring that you usually wear.

Diameter: the longest chord, a line segment whose endpoints lie on the circle and which passes through the centre; or the length of such a segment, which is the largest distance between any two points on the circle.

Or, measure your finger circumference with measuring tape, or, if you dont have one, with a sewing thread. Simply take the tip or end of the thread and wrap it around your finger until it meets or connects together. Make sure that you then mark that position of the thread. Then place the thread over the ruler and check the lenght of that pieace of thread. That is Your finger circumference.
